The GRID ATyS (Group for the Analysis of Traffic and Data Network Security) is a Research and Development Group, formally recognized by the Electronics Department of the Mendoza Regional Faculty of the National Technological University. The research professors integrate the respective Area within the CeReCoN (Regional Center for Research and Development in Computing and Neuroengineering) of the National Technological University (UTN), of the Argentine Republic, approved by Resolution No. 569/2017 of the Higher University Council. A Center within the UTN is the highest category of Research Unit, according to the internal norms that establish the organization mechanisms and hierarchies of the Working Groups of these characteristics.

Dr. Ing. Santiago Pérez, and Mg. Ing. Higinio Facchini, are its current Director and Deputy Director, respectively.

The GRID ATyS is made up of 12 members, including faculty-researchers, guest lecturers and collaborators, most of them postgraduates, such as Doctors, Magisters and Specialists.

Currently 2 Research and Development Projects are being developed, distributed in the GRID ATyS Research Areas, recognized, approved and financed by the National Technological University.
